ICanHazChatCam Terms of Service
This page sets out the deal between you and ICanHazChatCam. They are written to be read, not skimmed past, and they follow the order you meet things on the site: getting in, chatting, clubs, money, and what happens if things go wrong. Questions go to [email protected].

By opening icanhazchatcam.com and using any part of it, as a guest or as a registered user, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If any part of them does not work for you, the right move is to stop using the site.
You must be at least 18 years old. Using ICanHazChatCam counts as confirming your age. You must also be allowed to use a service like this where you live. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18 or that has been banned before.
Guests can start straight away, no form involved. Registering unlocks extras such as creating a club. Either way, you are responsible for what happens under your profile, so keep your device and any sign-in details private. Do not impersonate other people, and do not sell or hand over your account.
Treat every person you meet as you would want to be treated. Specifically, you promise not to:
Random matching pairs you with whoever is available; we do not promise any particular person, country or outcome. You can end any match with Next. Following someone lets you message them and start a video call from their profile, and either of you can block the other at any time.
Text messages may be translated automatically. Translations are machine-made and may be imperfect, so do not rely on them for anything important.
Registered users can create clubs. New clubs are reviewed before they appear in the Club hall, and we may refuse or remove any club whose name, picture or content breaks these terms. Owners choose whether people join instantly, by request or by invite, and are responsible for keeping their club within the rules.
Every club follows the same baseline rules: no screenshots of the chat, no posting outside contact details, and no selling or spam. Members who break them can be removed by the owner or by us.
You can watch live streams, comment in the stream chat, send gifts and ask for a one-on-one call from inside a stream. There is no way for users to start a broadcast of their own. Comments in a stream are visible to everyone watching it.
ICanHazChatCam is free to start. New users receive free matches, and the Reward Center on the match screen offers more free matches as you spend time online. The number and timing of free matches can change. After free matches are used, further matches use coins.
Coins are bought in the app and spent on matches, gifts and other features. VIP is a paid status with its own benefits, described where you buy it. Coins and VIP have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are handled under the rules of the payment method you use. Billing problems should be sent to [email protected] with the purchase details.
What you post remains yours. You give us permission to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the service, for example to deliver a club photo to every member. You confirm you have the right to share anything you post.
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access, remove content, or refuse service if you break these terms or put other people at risk. Unused coins may be lost when an account is closed for breaking the rules.
We offer ICanHazChatCam in its current state, without guarantees beyond those in these terms. We work to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or that every user will behave well. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what other users say or do. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
These terms will be revised from time to time as features are added or changed. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will let you know on the site before it applies. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
